Why we do this!

It's easy to judge your fitness gains by how many abs you can see, how ripped you look or how many Marathons you've completed...

sometimes however, it's simply a case of reflecting on how far you have overcome YOUR personal challenges!

Most people that train with me know Richard and the problems he had when he started over 4 years ago (extreme Lordosis, uncontrollable spasms through the left arm, inturned feet and imbalances in the hips and shoulders consistent with Cerebral Palsy).

So to see him performing Lateral Raises with almost perfect Posture during today's session was awesome (unfortunately we haven't managed to correct his taste in shirt 🙄) 


What's your excuse for not exercising?
