Safe Training

I have spent a rare lazy Sunday afternoon browsing the internet and carrying out a little research today, and am staggered by the number of highly dangerous training 'methods' out there! Gyms and instructors post pictures and videos of exercises that serve no purpose than to make you tired whilst placing huge amounts of stress on your joints and connective tissues! Yet people continue to lap them up, viewing them as 'challenge'. Challenging yourself is what fitness progression is all about, but what is the point of gaining results quickly if it means you're going to have to start again due to injuries? Please make sure that your training program is safe and progressive, where ever you exercise:
