You will need access to either a gym or basic home gym equipment to complete the Shred - Online program: minimum requirements Barbell/Dumbbells and Bench or equivalent. All of the exercises are adaptable and can also be performed on Resistance machines, although best results are achieved when using free-weights. Programs will be available for 10 weeks from each launch date. Facebook Support group will remain open indefinately.
